A rare find of a just restored 1982 Vespa ET3 in incredible condition. Professionally refinished and rebuilt to a near concours standard, this ET3 is a real beauty. Subject of a very comprehensive restoration this scooter was first fully dismantled and professionally painted. The Vespa red finish is lustrous and deep. All the necessary components were replaced, cables, tires, brakes etc. The engine was opened and all key parts such as bearings and oil seals were replaced. Sealing faces and cylinders were machined to spec. This is a very high-level and complete restoration. Showing only 14 kilometers since the redo, this Vespa is ready to enjoy for the long road ahead.
The Vespa ET3 was a limited production model based on Vespa’s small frame architecture and fitted with electronic ignition, modified porting and a sport exhaust. ET3 stands for electronic ignition, 3 port motor. These scoots were class leaders in performance and offered very nimble handling. They remain very popular offering classic Vespa styling with a streamlined design.
