2002 Vespa PX200 (BM415)
Excellent example of the PX200, the last of the traditional 2-stroke, manual transmission Vespa series. Features a very reliable 200cc 2-stroke engine with kick and electric starting, electronic ignition and oil injection. Very few of these were imported to the US, similar to the PX150 but with a larger 200cc motor.
Odometer shows only 1741 km (1,100 miles), believed to be accurate. The suspension has been upgraded with BiTubo adjustable shocks and the ride is very smooth and handling is secure. Brakes are up to date with a hydraulic disc in front and a cable-operated drum in the rear. Handy large glove box and side mounted spare tire. Comfortable dual seat with new cover featuring stylish piping and cross stitching. Tires are brand new Michelins mounted on Pinasco tubeless rims. Overall very clean condition and low miles. A real fun scoot, ready for modern traffic in all regards.
As the last model in a long series of 2-stroke models the PX200 benefits from literally decades of upgrades. This is a super nice driving scooter with plenty of pep, easy to start and easy to ride.
